Acute medical care services with twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and all year-round inpatient admissions and care facilities. Emergency services are provided by experienced doctors and nursing staff with specialist on call. Patients with acute chest pains, acute respiratory tract infections, medical and surgical acute abdomen, deep veinous thrombosis among others are catered for.
Six Beds High Care Units
Six Beds High Care Units; equipped with modern high quality multiparameter patient monitors and electrocardiogram machines and point of care multi- parameter analysers. Twenty-four 24 beds inpatients subacute are services.
Sub Acute Care
Sub-Acute care is a comprehensive and cost-effective inpatient programme for patients who have suffered an acute event as a result of an illness; injury or disease; have a determined course of treatment; and who do not require intensive diagnostic and/or invasive procedures:
- Who has had acute event resulting from injury, illness or exacerbation of a disease process.
- Who has had a determined course of treatment.
- Patient who are stable but requires diagnostic procedures but not intensive procedures that requires an intensive care unit
Twenty-four 24 beds inpatients subacute are services.Regain your independence and get home as soon as possible.
